Seminar Format
The seminar is ideal for groups of 20-50 participants who are concerned about performance and wish to learn the fundamental principles of productivity.
The seminar starts with an overview of the productivity principles and how a strategy of productivity can have a significant impact on your performance and financial results. We will weave your own company’s performance data into the presentation and compare it with your competitors’ performance numbers and relevant case studies.
You will learn how even modest increases in productivity will have a significant positive effect and how each participant can contribute to a culture of high performance.
The participants will then analyze their own productivity improvement potential and determine which organizational barriers (what we call "logs" in a logjam) stand in your way to achieving this potential. Workgroups will be formed to resolve each of the most critical barriers.
Each group will perform a thorough gap analysis using Tor Dahl & Associates’ powerful problem solving method to determine the underlying root causes of the problems and develop tailor-made solutions that will ensure significant performance improvement.
