Organization-Wide High Performance Process

Tor Dahl & Associates (TDA) offers a powerful methodology and process for high performance that will help your organization achieve significant improvements in productivity and business results. The process can be completed in as little as 80 days or as long as 12 months, depending on the size and complexity of your organization and how fast you wish to accelerate change. This process works exceptionally well in all organizations because it captures the knowledge, experience and ideas of everyone - from the executive suites to the shop floor - and brings that collective knowledge to the decision-making process. It is a collaborative approach that brings people closer together to solve common problems, and strengthens critical relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
