The key to performance improvement lies in the affective domain (the domain of engagement, commitment, enthusiasm, etc.) Factors such as stress, satisfaction, and control heavily influence the implementation of change. Easy change involves activities which increase satisfaction.
At the seminar, participants indicate which activities are dissatisfying and stressful to them. We utilize this information to identify how much of the proposed change can be easily accomplished, and teach the participants techniques for following through on the harder changes.
