A customized survey will be available to everyone in your organization, along with other stakeholders. The survey will be derived from the interview findings and will enable everyone to validate and prioritize all the issues that affect the organization's ability to meet its goals. People will also be able to add other important issues that did not surface in the interviews. The survey will be administered in group sessions and will last approximately 2-3 hours.

The survey sessions are an opportunity for everyone to learn about the interview findings, to receive a progress update on the projects that were implemented after the interviews, to learn more about the organization's competitive position, and to ask questions about issues and concerns they have related to the project. We will prepare a comprehensive report summarizing the survey results in both tabular and graphical form. The report will show the significance of all performance-related issues for the overall organization, as well as for each location, function, and area of expertise.

OUTCOMES

1. An opportunity to create involvement and buy-in from everyone in the organization, accross the board.
2. Additional projects may be identified and implemented as a result of this feedback session.
3. The validation and prioritization of the issues will provide the organization with a total picture of its opportunities and obstacles to change.
