This is an off-site working session for key leaders to develop an understanding of their leadership roles within the project and in the organization as a whole, and the personal behaviors that are most important to enhance the evolving cultural change. The session will focus on creating harmony within the leadership team and encouraging the leadership team to model appropriate behaviors as change leaders.
The leadership team will review important interview findings on cost effectiveness, how to create unique advantages in their industry and other key performance issues. The session will reveal issues that are organization-wide as well as those that are unique to locations, functions or areas of expertise. The leaders will also develop shared values, perform a personal assessment, and develop a personal plan for behavioral change in accordance with the shared values.
