Tor Dahl is the Founder, President and CEO of Tor Dahl & Associates. He is an economist, consultant, and adjunct professor in public health
at the University of Minnesota. A Fulbright Scholar in Economics, Professor Dahl has published works on health care, economics, management,
productivity, and behavioral change. He has served as a consultant to a number of corporations, U.S. governmental departments,
foreign governments, and universities. Tor has been a keynote speaker or presenter at a number of national meetings of the
American Hospital Association, the Governance Institute, the World Confederation of Productivity Science,
the Operations Research Society of America, the American Economics Association, the American Public Health Association,
the National Science Foundation, and many others. He is the Chairman Emeritus of the World Confederation of Productivity Science, and has served on a
number of national and state councils and task forces. He served as the Governor's Representative on the Minnesota Coalition on Health Care Costs,
and on the blue ribbon task force on State Health Priorities.

Dr. James A. Rice
Dr. Rice is Vice Chairman of The Governance Institute of San Diego California (www.governanceinstitute.com), and is well known for his international leadership development work at Cambridge University's International Health Leadership Programme (cambridgeihlp.org) and as President of The International Health Summit (www.ihsummit.com) He has held executive positions at the Minneapolis-based Health One/Health Span System (now Allina, Inc.). Dr. Rice draws upon extensive experience in hospital and integrated system development, managed care, and HMOs. His 30 years of experience also includes important work as a teacher, author, speaker and consultant to physician groups, boards of directors and health sector leaders in over 30 countries. He also works in international health policy research and development, with a special focus on public health finance. He has a Master's Degree and Doctoral Degrees in management and health policy from the University of Minnesota. He has received many distinguished awards, including the Corning Award for excellence in U.S. hospital planning. He is the co-founder and former president of the AHA Society for Hospital Planning and Marketing.

George has spent 34 years in business management since graduating from Purdue University. He has leadership experience with PPG Industries, Eternit,
and Dupont. He is a recognized leader in all phases of business process management, including productivity improvement processes, financial analysis, ABC accounting,
capital analysis, and quality management. Mr. Kumpf's prior positions include Customer Service and Logistics Manager (Mylar),
Business Support Manager (finance, customer service, planning, IT), Business Supply Chain Manager, Technical Planning Manager, Quality Assurance Manager,
ISO 9001 Project Manager, MRPII scoping and implementation team, Deming Implementation Manager, VP of Operations (Eternit), and Manufacturing Site Manager.
He has been involved in over 20 performance improvement projects using the Tor Dahl
methodology and has been Project Manager for numerous projects. His experience allows him to take a project from the initial discussion phases to full

Gaute is a consultant, project leader, implementation specialist and operations manager with more than 13 years of
leadership experience. He has been instrumental in designing analytical tools and systems that effectively capture
and analyze workplace productivity data. He has significant experience as a team facilitator, and he has been training corporate teams
in performance improvement methodologies in the U.S. and Europe.
As Director of Content Development at a leading information management consulting firm, he was responsible for enrolling leading technical
and scientific experts into a new global
network of consultants on the Internet. More than 1,700 experts were recruited from small
consulting firms, university faculties, research labs, and scientific research institutions. As Client Solutions Manager, he supervised
teams of researchers who provided
technical information and market intelligence to clients in more than 400 companies. Services included secondary literature searching
using global online databases, intellectual property analysis,
competitive intelligence, technology assessments, and more. Gaute is a graduate in Business Administration
from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Ruth is a biostatistician with a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. While working toward her degree, she evaluated the
results of a major federal health care delivery program. This included developing multivariate econometric models which predicted the cost per person for this
program to deliver health care. One of these models was presented at an American Public Health Association Conference. Subsequently, she used similar
methodology to develop a performance model for a large area bank. She has worked with Tor Dahl & Associates since 1984.
During this time, she has worked with clients in all phases of the Tor Dahl performance improvement process, including client interviews, analysis, seminar support,
group facilitation and applied research. She has managed many projects,
including a large project at Marshfield Clinic in Wisconsin. Her expertise is in doing interviews and training quality interviewers to build rapport and gather
in-depth information with client participants. Currently, Ruth is investigating the many interrelationships in the data that Tor Dahl & Associates has collected during projects.

Dan has been involved in organizational development work since 1981 and has led personal and professional development programs
since 1966. He is known for his creativity and skill in helping individuals, teams and organizations rapidly increase their effectiveness.
Dan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Washington and attended the Harvard Business School. He has served as President of the
Washington State/Chile Partners of the Americas program and co-owns a Cessna 185 N5SN.
He has run an effective yacht dealership in Seattle and is currently Vice President of Tor Dahl & Associates in charge of the company's
West Coast office.

Edmund K. Nelson
Ed is an international hospital management, health care and business development consultant, and has held a number of executive
leadership positions in the U.S and abroad. He was President and CEO at Fairview Hospitals International, Sr. Vice President of
Operations at Fairview Community Hospital in Minneapolis (1,200 beds), and Director of Marketing and Consulting at Biomedical
Computer Services in St. Paul. During the last few years, Ed has developed relationships with numerous overseas governmental
and private health authorities. As Program Director for Project HOPE, he coordinated the early stages of development of a new 250 bed
hospital in Shanghai, China. He has been a consultant to new hospital developments in Austria, Saudi-Arabia, Fiji Islands, Germany, China, Jordan
and other countries throughout the world. He has a Master's Degrees in Business Administration from the University of Texas and a Master's Degree
in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Candice has been with Tor Dahl & Associates since 1994 as a data analyst, certified interviewer, financial expert and accountant. With her strong financial background,
she has provided valuable expertise on contract administration, financial analysis and accounting practices. After receiving her Bachelor 's Degree in Business and Accounting from
Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota, Candice became a CPA in 1985. She is currently a licensed CPA with the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy.
She has also completed studies at InterAmerican University in San German, Puerto Rico.
Prior to joining Tor Dahl & Associates, Candice was a partner with a Minnesota CPA firm where she was responsible for tax preparation and financial reporting for corporations
and individuals. She was also responsible for documentation related to audits, reviews and compilations. Candice was also the Director of Accounting
with a large non-profit senior health care facility in the Minneapolis area. In this position, she was responsible for all of the accounting through financial statements for their fourteen entities.
In addition, she played an important role in the preparation of their annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting.

Marisa has worked on special projects with Tor Dahl & Associates since 1995 as a co-presenter, project manager, interviewer, data analyst,
seminar analyst and work group facilitator. She has also presented interview findings, administered surveys and worked on-site with clients during the
implementation phase. She directed a special project with a major health insurance company in the Northwest, aligning their
compensation and incentive packages with their corporate goals and objectives.
Prior to joining Tor Dahl & Associates, Marisa worked as a financial/market senior analyst with Cushman & Wakefield, an international corporate real estate firm.
She was responsible for managing commercial and industrial databases, conducting detailed financial analyses of investment proposals, and training and orienting
new hires to the Research Services Division of Southern California.
Marisa received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kalamazoo College and completed her senior thesis at the Neuropsychiatric Institute at the
UCLA Medical School. She also completed studies at the International Institute in Madrid, Spain.
